We want you love your shoes, so please call us if you need help selecting the right shoes before purchasing online.
We offer a full refund if you return your shoes to us within 30 days of receiving your order. This relates to all full-priced items, and items that are defective or damaged. Sale items are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, complete with the original packaging.
Items that will not be refunded include items with obvious signs of wear, any item not in its original condition, any item that is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, personal care products, socks, and any item that is returned to us more than 30 days after delivery. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
To arrange your return, please call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and post your items to Runner's World, 598 High St, Kew VIC 3101, Australia. We recommend all items be mailed with a tracking number. Runner's World will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

We're happy to exchange full-priced items for a different size or style of shoe, or if the item you received is defective or damaged. Please phone or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
